Some places are specialized such as the Place du 11 novembre with nurserymen and gardenersmark, the Cours Henri Fabre with second-hand marketer, Place François Cévert gives pride of place to local products with forty local producers who offer seasonal fruits and vegetables. On the Cours Taulignan is all the food. Local specialties, including Tilleul des Baronnies (lime products), olives and oil from Nyons, come alongside products from the South-West, Alsace or Corsica.
